Delegates Foggin, Flanigan, Heckert and T. Clark move to amend Com Sub for HB2009 on page 6, section 4, line 101, following the words “classified service” by inserting a period;

And,

On page 6, Section 4, by striking out lines 102 through 116 in their entirety and re-lettering the following subsections of section 4 accordingly;

And,

On pages 18 and 19, Section 1a, lines 10 through 26, by striking out subsections (c), (d) and (e) from the bill;

And,

On page 42, by striking out the word “[Repealed]” and restoring section 10 to current law.
